Crunchy Guacamole

Ingredients
3 unit(s) Ripened Avocados
2 tsp Lime Juice
as needed Salt
6 cloves Garlic
1 small bunch Coriander leaves
1 unit(s) Jalapeno
1 unit(s) Tomato
1 unit(s) Onion
1 unit(s) Jalapeno Chili
1 tsp Lemon juice
Instructions
Step 1- Prepare the tomato onion sauce mix.
Step 2- Finely chopped tomato,onion, Jalapeno Chili, coriander leaves. Squeeze lemon juice
Step 3- Take a bowl and add finely chopped tomato,onion,chili, lemon juice and coriander leaves. Add lemon juice and salt. Mix them well. Let this marinate for 20 minutes.
Step 4- For the chunky guacamole, peel avocado, garlic. Chop them roughly. Chop coriander leaves, jalapeno roughly.
Step 5- Take a mortar and add avocado,garlic, coriander leaves, jalpeno, lemon juice & salt.
Step 6- Grind them until they turn completely mushy. Garlic must be crushed well.
Step 7- At this stage, add the tomato onion sauce mix and grind again.
Step 8- This cannot be like a paste and shall be crunchy.
Step 9- Serve it as a dip to some healthy chips,tortillas
