Chickpea With Red Pepper Salsa
Ingredients
| 500 gm | chickpeas (chopped) |
| 4 unit(s) | green onions (chopped) |
| 1 cup | salad rocket (chopped) |
| 2 unit(s) | roasted red peppers (chopped) |
| 2 tbspn | fresh lemon juice |
| 2 tbspn | extra-virgin olive oil |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 1/4 tsp | black pepper |
Instructions
| Step 1- | In a medium bowl, combine the chickpeas, red peppers, lemon juice, oil, salt, pepper. |
| Step 2- | Serve with DIP Pita Chips. Try heating them in oven at 110*C for 2 to 3 minutes. |
