Chickpea With Red Pepper Salsa

Ingredients
500 gm chickpeas (chopped)
4 unit(s) green onions (chopped)
1 cup salad rocket (chopped)
2 unit(s) roasted red peppers (chopped)
2 tbspn fresh lemon juice
2 tbspn extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Step 1- In a medium bowl, combine the chickpeas, red peppers, lemon juice, oil, salt, pepper.
Step 2- Serve with DIP Pita Chips. Try heating them in oven at 110*C for 2 to 3 minutes.
