Pico De Gallo
Ingredients
| 500 gm | tomatoes (seeded and chopped) |
| 1 unit(s) | Jalapeño (seeded and finely chopped) |
| 1/2 unit(s) | white onion (finely chopped) |
| 1/4 cup | fresh coriander (chopped) |
| 1 tbspn | fresh lime juice |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 1/4 tsp | black pepper |
Instructions
| Step 1- | Heat griller. |
| Step 2- | In a medium bowl, combine the tomatoes, jalapeño, onion, coriander, lime juice, salt, and pepper. |
| Step 3- | Serve with DIP Tortilla Chips or Pita Chips. |
