Guacamole Con Tomate
Ingredients
| 2 unit(s) | ripe avocardos (pitted and peeled) |
| 2 unit(s) | tomatoes (seeded and chopped) |
| 2 tbspn | fresh lemon juice |
| 35 gm | sweet onion (finely chopped) |
| 2 tbspn | coriander (finely chopped) |
| 1 tsp | red chilli powder |
Instructions
| Step 1- | Mash the avocados with a fork until chunky. |
| Step 2- | Stir in the tomatoes, lime juice, onion, corriander, and red chilli powder. Season to taste with salt and ground pepper. |
| Step 3- | Serve at room temperature with DIP Pita Chips or Multigrain Strips. |
Note: DIP foods will provide you the base product, all other ingredients are not included.
