Strawberry Kiwi

10-12 medium size Strawberry

1/2 spoon Turmeric Powder
1 spoon Sambar Powder
to taste Salt
2 spoons Oil
1/2 a cup (Adjust according to hardness of the fruit) Water
For garnishing To Temper Coriander
A pinch Hing Powder
1 spoon Musturd
2 spoon Chana Dhal
1 spoon Cumin Seeds
2 (Tear them) Dry Red Chilli
2 (Tear them) Ginger
few Curry leaves
Step 1- In a pan put 2 spoons of oil and temper the ingredients given in “To Temper Table). Fry them until cooked.
Step 2- Add garlic, ginger and saute for a min. Add Onions and saute them until they turn to golden color. Once cooked add strawberry and Kiwi cook for 5 mins.
Step 3- Add salt,turmeric,sambar powder,coriander powder and mix it.
Step 4- Add necessary water and mix well. Cook until the mix turns mushy.
Step 5- Garnish with Coriander.
Step 6- Garnish with Coriander.
Step 7- Chutney is ready. Serve it with DIP Multigrain Strips.

Note: DIP foods will provide you the base product, all other ingredients are not included.
