Strawberry Kiwi
Ingredients
| 10-12 medium size | Strawberry |
| 1 Unit(s) | Kiwi |
| 1 Unit(s) | Onion |
| 1 Unit(s) | Garlic |
| 1/2 spoon | Turmeric Powder |
| 1 spoon | Sambar Powder |
| to taste | Salt |
| 2 spoons | Oil |
| 1/2 a cup (Adjust according to hardness of the fruit) | Water |
| For garnishing To Temper | Coriander |
| A pinch | Hing Powder |
| 1 spoon | Musturd |
| 2 spoon | Chana Dhal |
| 1 spoon | Cumin Seeds |
| 2 (Tear them) | Dry Red Chilli |
| 2 (Tear them) | Ginger |
| few | Curry leaves |
Instructions
| Step 1- | In a pan put 2 spoons of oil and temper the ingredients given in “To Temper Table). Fry them until cooked. |
| Step 2- | Add garlic, ginger and saute for a min. Add Onions and saute them until they turn to golden color. Once cooked add strawberry and Kiwi cook for 5 mins. |
| Step 3- | Add salt,turmeric,sambar powder,coriander powder and mix it. |
| Step 4- | Add necessary water and mix well. Cook until the mix turns mushy. |
| Step 5- | Garnish with Coriander. |
| Step 6- | Garnish with Coriander. |
| Step 7- | Chutney is ready. Serve it with DIP Multigrain Strips. |
